Arto Kivimäki

Arto Kivimäki (b. 1963) is a translator and a non-fiction writer who specializes in classical antiquity. He has published 24 works, e.g. anthologies of Greek and Roman poetry, and a series of classical stories for young readers. He has won several prizes for his translations and non-fiction writing, and his work in promoting culture, literature and thought.
