Rita Dahl

Rita Dahl is a writer, translator, and teacher. She has published 20 volumes, ten of which are fiction, and ten are non-fiction. The subjects of her non-fiction books range from finlandized freedom of speech to five different countries and cultures, politics and poetics, and threats of globalization. Dahl has translated five books, among them a poetry anthology called Sielun kestää kauan palata kotimaahansa (Kustannusliike Parkko 2021). She is currently adding final touches to an anthology of young Galician poetry for the same publisher.
