Noëlle Revaz was born in Switzerland, where she lives. She writes in French. She is the author of novels, short stories and dramatic texts, among them Rapport aux bêtes, Efina (Gallimard) which was shortlisted for the Femina award in France, L’Infini Livre (Zoe) and a collection of short stories: Hermine Blanche (Gallimard). She has received numerous awards for her works, including the 2015 Swiss Literature Prize. She is part of the Nomi Nomi duo that gives bilingual and poetic readings. Her first novel is translated into Finnish under the title Eläintenkö ehdoilla?
